Factory Reset of Yealink Cordless Phones (w60b/w70b/w76b)

Reset the existing configuration via the phone interface:
  1. Press "OK" > "Settings" > "System Settings" > "Base Reset".
  2. Type in the PIN. (0000)
  3. Press "Reset to Factory".
  4. Press "OK", then press "Yes" to confirm.
Note: You will be prompted to enter the PIN, you must know it to continue. By default it is 0000. If you do not know your PIN you may need to contact the IT Support Team.
After the factory reset, your device should now be rebooting multiple times and will provision itself using Redirection and Provisioning Service on reboot.

Once the phone has been reprovisioned, you may need to register the handset to the base:
  1. Press "OK" > "Settings" > "Registration" > "Register Handset".
  2. Choose the desired base from the list (typically it is the first one on the list).
  3. Press 'OK' and the handset will begin searching for the base station.
  4. On the base station, press and hold the Wi-Fi button until the handset light begins blinking.
  5. Once the handset displays the registration confirmation, press "OK" to complete the connection.
